Visitor Management - Custom Fields

You can enhance your Visitor Management system by adding Custom fields to collect additional information when logging a visitor or during check-in. The following custom field types are available:

  • Check box

  • Text box

  • Yes/No field

  • Label

  • Multi select

How to create a new custom field for Visitor Management:

  • Navigate to Settings < Custom Fields

  • Click create new custom field

  • Complete the Name, Type & Field label

  • In the Apply for field select visitors. This will bring up the below additional fields:

    Show this field on the portal

    Displays the field when manually logging a visitor

    Show this field on the visitor management kiosk

    displays the field during self-check- in at the kiosk

    Required field

    Makes the field mandatory. If left blank, the page cannot be saved

  • Finally click create field.

Custom fields will show on the who's in report within the reports menu
