Our Clearooms Support Page provides several convenient ways for administrators to get assistance. You can access our support options through the settings page in the Clearooms portal or via the "Help" button on your toolbar. Here's how you can reach us:

  • Raise a Ticket - Submit requests for new features, ask questions, or report issues.

  • Live Chat - Chat with our support team for a quick response (AI operated during non-working hours).

  • Dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Get direct support from your CSM who can be reached via:

    • Phone

    • Email

    • Video conference - Book via calendar link.

  • Knowledge Base - Access in-depth articles and guides at https://kb.clearooms.com/kb/en/

New Customer Journey

Our goal is to support you every step of the way as you explore the amazing features we have to offer. We want you to feel confident navigating our user friendly platform. This is how we will get you started:

  1. Meet your dedicated CSM - Every new customer is assigned a Customer Success Manager to assist with any questions or support you may need. Your CSM is here to ensure you get the most out of Clearooms. you will be sent an introductory email with all the direct contact details you need.

  2. Onboarding Call - Your CSM will share a link to their calendar so you can schedule an onboarding session. This interactive video call covers essentials like setting up floor plans, branding, and booking resources such as desks and meeting rooms. It's also a great time to ask questions and receive guidance on any areas of the system.

  3. Ongoing Support - After onboarding, we hope you feel ready to make the most of Clearooms. Should you need further assistance, our support options are always available.
