

Creating and Scheduling
Create A Report
- Click "Create new export report" 
- Select Meeting Rooms or Hot Desks 
- Add a Report Name (Memorable name for you to identify its purpose such as "Daily Room Bookings") 
- Add a description that will help you remember what the report is for such as "Runs daily at 9am and is emailed to Jeff" 
- Report Fields: Check the information that you wish to be shown on the report 
- Schedule: Select one of the schedule options - Enter an email address to deliver the report to 
- Set a time to run the report 
- Click Create Report 
 
- The first time the report runs it will return all historical data, the second time it will only return new data since the last run of the report.
