Minimum Booking Notice

Enabling this rule will allow you to set a cut off time in minutes for meeting bookings. For example if the rule is enabled and set as 10 minutes users will not be able to book a meeting 10 minutes or after prior to the start time of the meeting. (If the time is 10am a user can only book the room up until 9:50am)
