Hot-desk booking confirmation e-mail

Send booking reminder emails before or after a booking starts

Enable this feature to automatically send a confirmation email whenever a desk is successfully booked. this ensures that users receive a notification confirming their booking.

To enable this feature navigate to: Settings > Hot Desks > General Settings

You can view and edit the automatic emails by going to settings - account - email settings.
