Example 1 (365 licenced user)
A meeting is booked in Clearooms, we create the event in the users calendar (as we have the access) and invite the room along as an invitee.
This is generally how a user would book rooms direct in outlook)
Example 2 (a user not in your 365 account)
A meeting is booked in Clearooms and we log that user is the organiser, but in 365 we book directly in the room and invite the user as an attendee.
This process means from Clearooms side it looks the same but in outlook its only the room that’s been booked.
