Overview

Kiosks offer a number of visual displays to use on TV's, Tablets or any device with a browser.

Kiosks available are:

Meeting Rooms: This is to display meeting room availability in your reception or office area. It updates in real time and shows all your meeting room availability.

Visitor Management: Setting up a visitor management Kiosk allows visitors ot check in when arriving at your office.

QR Code: This displays a QR Code to display for Checking in. When scanned on a mobile device the users Clearooms App or portal (if the app is not installed) will open on a page displaying all available bookings that require checking into. 
The Kiosk can also be printed if you prefer not to use a Tablet or TV to display the code. 

Office Plan: Showing the office plan on a display shows staff all desk and meeting room availability in one place.
