Billing

To view and download your invoices open Settings > Billing 

From this page you can see a summary of your current Meeting Rooms and Desks plus the monthly charges associated to your account. 

Past invoices are listed below this and can be downloaded.

Card Payments

If you pay by card your subscription can be cancelled from the bottom of this page, you will still have access to the account up until your next renewal date (Clearooms is billed monthly in advance via card payment). 

Charges taken by Debit and Credit Card are taken in advance for the month on the date you enter your card. The following month on the same date the system will calculate Desks and Rooms added and removed and bill pro rata based on the number of days they have been on your account. 

Invoice Billing

If you pay by invoice billing, 1 months notice is required to cancel. Invoices are generated on the last day of each month and billed in arrears. 

There is no pro rata billing with Invoice Billing, your account will be billed based on the relevant plan each month based on the number of desks and rooms on your account
